I had an issue with my old sewer pump. I called and the next day they were up and about replacing it. I am very pleased with everything. The way the guys worked, their manners and how they left it all. Thank you Rick for the swift reply work.

I actually really enjoy having these guys over. They're like a familiar neighbor. We've used them 3 times. Very knowledgeable and professional and good at what they do. They could use someone to pick up the phone and pass on information. That seems to get a bit lost sometimes

They showed up and fixed the leak and also found another problem which could have cost me thousands if they hadn’t noticed . Very friendly polite and honest. Always ready to explain exactly what they were doing and why. The visit was an excellent experience overall.

I found Doak's plumbing through an internet search, so this is an unbiased review. I had a medium-sized plumbing job that I needed help with and Rick did an excellent job. He was fair, reliable and knowledgeable which is what you need when hiring a plumber. I will absolutely be relying on Doak's for future plumbing needs.

They are punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced. I don't think you can ask for more from a plumbing agency! I would call them again in the future when needed for sure.

I called Doak's for the second time in 12 months to ask for help with a septic field (last June), and then a pressure tank issue (yesterday). Both times they seemed to drop everything and were at my door within a few hours. Very professional and knowledgeable. 5 star service at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Called Rick to help with my gunked up sand point well. Did an amazing job and got everything fixed up working better then ever. I have never had water pressure like this. It is like a brand new house. Ricks a real master of his craft and I really appreciate the work he did.
